As the User Experience Designer for our client, you will utilize your solid track record in defining clean and usable application interfaces to drive a complete redesign of the management interface for our e-learning system.

The Product UX/Designer will be responsible for defining the look and feel as well as the usability of the e-learning system. Understanding customer needs and using that knowledge to identify areas for improvement is critical. The challenges of evolving a highly complex existing product rather than building a new one from scratch should be appealing to you, rather than a source of frustration.

Responsibilities:

• Define the UX and recommend designs for the our e-learning system

• Translate business requirements into highly usable software requirements and interfaces with a particular focus on user experience

• Communicate with and work in an integrated Product and Engineering team to define experiential goals/requirements and then design, validate, and document compelling and innovative user experiences

• Work closely with Development and Test teams to ensure that application and UI implementations meet experiential goals

• Serve as the chief user advocate within project teams and is responsible for promoting user needs, preferences, and behaviors through qualitative and quantitative research and analysis

• Define process changes related to integration of user experience activities into the development lifecycle

• Produce conceptual models, personas, workflows, requirements specification, design prototypes, design specifications, and information and navigation architecture

• Suggest product and technical alternatives and make recommendations to internal customers about the most effective and efficient usability approaches

• Develop software estimates associated with UI implementation

Responsibilities

  • Lead working sessions and provide implementation support of our proprietary systems
  • Develop complex implementation project plans with large school districts
  • Manage direct communication with client stakeholders to ensure the integration of the curriculum within the school
  • Evaluate and deliver findings of implementations as well as follow up regarding on-going utilization of our proprietary curriculum
  • Establish the trust and rapport necessary to increase penetration within each client
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders about student engagement and achievement
  • Support content development by providing feedback from the field that can lead to improvement of instructional programs, models and schedules
  • Assist in the development of webinars and video delivery services through their findings as a result of the data analysis
  • Review materials that have been developed by the internal team to ensure they are in line with industry standards and best practices
  • Provide sales and marketing support
  • Instruct and advise the sales team and assist them in working with prospective clients
  • Provide on-going evaluation studies and client reports that include data collected from client-site work to support the company’s research efforts

We are looking for a key person in our company to provide support to district personnel and school faculty so they can incorporate effective strategies into classroom practice using our newest product. As the Implementation Manager, you will use your modeling of instructional best practices to coach teachers on how to integrate our products into their curriculum, instruction and assessment practices. Your extensive knowledge in the areas of Instructional Quality and best practices in teaching will make your contribution in this role significant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist schools and districts in aligning our product to local scope and sequence documents
  • Serve as a product expert, applying this knowledge to all forms of customer service, including training, facilitating and relationship building
  • Guide teachers with designing classroom assessments as well as running assessment reports
  • Guide teachers in developing and modifying student individualized learning paths
  • Provide training and / or support in the development of computer competencies that lead to extended integration of our product curriculum into classroom instruction
  • Assist prinicpals with the development of professional development plans that integrate our product into instructional practice
  • Gather information regarding effectiveness of our programs; interpret and provide constructive input for improvement
