It is the prime time to add a star to our leadership team who will be responsible for the oversight and accuracy of all proposals and bids along with the evaluation of new business opportunities.

Successful execution in this role will require teamwork, universal awareness, industry expertise and a keen instinct to ensure that our client is winning profitable business that they can execute on given their core competencies and those of their partners.  Establishing and maintaining a successful, repeatable system along with establishing rapport and trust with prospects to clearly define the requirements and collaborate with the Sales Team is critical to success.  We are looking for a professional who will lead with maturity and who can rely on previous experience as well as the experience of the company to establish the foundation for favorable outcomes in every situation.

Some of the key areas of focus for this role include:

  • Intricate involvement in the proposal bidding process, being a key decision maker in determining what clients are best for the business model
  • Utilize your strong technical aptitude to work closely with prospective clients in designing new solutions
  • Complete oversight of the entire new business development team – from overall team infrastructure to KPI development and measurement
  • Serve as a leader within the company, dealing regularly with ownership and other company leaders to move the company forward

Clients will know that they can rely on you and your team to fix the problem quickly and efficiently, no matter how big or small.

This position is located in San Antonio, TX and will require you to be out of the office a lot, but less than 10% overnight travel throughout the state of Texas.
